- SOP preparation, revision, review and approval, training co-workers based on US pharmacopeia guidelines.- Completion of alert/action level forms, performing and processing deviations, investigations and change control, audit preps, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).- Environmental monitoring and aseptic cleaning of controlled GMP areas like aseptic fills, Grade A, B, and C controlled laboratory environments, personnel gowning qualification.- Experienced with skills like Aseptic sampling of WFI, Purified Water, Pure steam, raw material, in-process /finished product, and Microbial Limit Test, Membrane Filtration Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET) using LAL, Gram Staining, Isolation, Purification, and identification of microorganisms/pathogens using VITEK 2 (bacteria and molds).
