Led multifunctional sales, marketing and project team to bring new products to the Canadian market through direct (digital, owned retail etc.) and indirect consumer channels (third-party retail and digital stores) whilst maximising brand exposure and consumer penetration through the most efficient and effective touch points. Successfully developed and had a five-year plan endorsed by both local and global C-Suites.

Held the overall responsibility for growing the market share and the value of BAT Canada's strategic brand portfolio worth over $1.4bn NTO annually. Major deliverables were the Plain Pack transformation that saw BAT grow both Market Share and Value, sustainably launch products in the dark market and open a new factory to broaden the product range.

Western Canada

Oversaw Western Canada Sales and Operations team (73 persons), delivering +$1.05bn in revenue annually. Developed bespoke people development and transformation plan reducing staff turnover from 52% to 14% within two years, and became the number one department for talent pipeline.

I held the revenue accountability of approx 150mn NTO annually and oversaw the sales operations in British Columbia. Was also responsible for nurturing the team members (26) to achieve aggressive business objectives assigned for the region.
