An experienced senior HR Business Partner, a Mediator with a good deal of experience with regulated health professionals, a licensed private investigator. I am passionate about seeking, finding and facilitating solutions. This is helpful when investigating, resolving or mediating interpersonal, customer, patient, team, employee and workplace situations, complaints or conflicts.I've been unhappy in roles and understand the feeling. I very much enjoy working with square pegs to either help them out of round holes or adjusting the holes they find themselves in. Have worked on great and dysfunctional teams and enjoy helping people fix the function and find pride in their performance again.If you are experiencing any of these types of situations and think I might be of some assistance please let me know.
