Led a multi-phase growth and development process in the competitive Issaquah market including the successful relocation of Overlake Urgent Care to Overlake Medical Center Issaquah, expansion and relocation of specialty services in Issaquah and development of a new Issaquah outpatient imaging center from business plan development to design, construction and hand off to operations. Total project costs were in excess of $14M. ♦ Managed opening of downtown Bellevue clinic, overseeing property negotiations, architecture and design, construction, and IT implementations. The new clinic opened on time and $200K under budget.♦ Oversaw Cancer Services operations including new program development, equipment evaluations, protocol standardization, and marketing efforts to raise community awareness.♦ Planned, implemented and operated a bariatric program, taking it through Center of Excellence Certification.♦ Expanded a robotic surgery program from one da Vinci surgical robot and two physicians to two robots and 18 physicians in four specialties.♦ Implemented a joint Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement program between two healthcare organizations.♦ Developed Program plans for major service lines including behavioral health, cardiac, cancer, surgical including orthopedics and bariatrics, neuroscience, women's and infants and imaging services. ♦ Developed and oversaw a women's continence program from physician recruitment to program development and expansion. ♦ Hired, trained and developed staff and interns in data analysis, business plan and proforma development and project management and implementation.
