Play a key role in executing on the defined course of action based on your expertise locally.● Research major local compliance requirements for accounting & tax matters with impact on our business and products and communicate them clearly to the global HQ team; lend expertise to support product development.● Manage all external relationships in the Philippines with our auditors, ERP consultants, tax advisors, taxattorneys, and the BIR.● Collaborate with Legal and our External Affair team to build relationships with key industry groups with a direct focus on accounting & tax matters (i.e., PH tax associations or similar)● Proactively anticipate, identify, and raise future accounting infrastructure needs. Flag dependencies and blockers and help troubleshoot with stakeholders when needed.● Foster and sustain cross-functional collaboration among all internal stakeholders to ensure and maintain smooth operations and excellent output.

• Key partner to CEO and COO and senior management team on group and local level finance related matters• Group level financial management and external reporting• Development of multi-year strategic and operational plans and ensure delivery against the financial plans• Develop the capacity of Country Head of Finance to mee the financial management standards• Ensure that appropriate controls are in place across the region and financial risk is minimized• Enable appropriate operational and investment decisions

• Provide leadership in transforming the global finance organization, provide framework for intercompany activities and allocations• Lead the improvements and activities the financial modules of the ERP (Oracle, Netsuite)• Oversee the controlling activities and finance operations of the group (3 operating entities in PH, TW and ID; 5 holding companies)• Lead the planning and budgeting activities for the group• Ensure compliance on legal and accounting regulations• Provide financial and compliance advice to different parts of the organization

• Ensure effective allocation of financial resources based on the overall corporate strategy by providing leadership in the budgeting process and strategic allocation of funds• Oversee finance operations of the company’s offices (TW, PH, ID)• Work closely with the President/ CEO in supporting financial due diligence• Lead the controlling activities in the company’s offices and ensure the integrity of financial controls and processes in compliance with local and international accounting standards• Coach and manage a team of finance professionals and accountants• Handle vendor/ partner negotiations on financial aspects of business transactions• Maintain relationship and handles external communications with banks, auditors, consultant and other relevant regulatory bodies (i.e. BIR, SEC)

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities• Drive monthly closing process• Prepare financial statements and other reports as requested by the senior management team • Drive management of working capital to ensure that the organization has sufficient cash to operate at a given period• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations by overseeing regular tax compliance• Supervise finance admin and officers
