NDPP, NRI, enablement, resilience, NWCC, Able Staff etc.);- participate and coordinate efforts between different stakeholders for a timely delivery of a high-quality and fully-staffed deliverables for the senior officials’ participation at high level meetings (eg. ministerials, summits);- contribute to day-to-day management of Section; plan, organize and supervise Section activities; ensure effective and efficient handling of the workflow at Section level in according with; run practical, administrative and logistical issues; assign and coordinate timely completion of tasks; track the implementation and take the corrective measures as needed;- represent the senior-level officials in different activities/meetings/seminars etc.; preparing and presenting reports/briefings to different audiences;- establish and maintain working relationships with and between key national and NATO stakeholders; ensure a good communication on relevant matters; facilitate and enable info and data sharing at Section/Delegation level, including for storing and transferring of knowledge.

    Lead role in the development of defence policy, including the implementation of NATO resilience requirements and civil preparedness.To this end my specific duties were to:- Analyze security, military and political developments and trends; determine priorities, identify urgent matters, provide proposals to decision makers; monitor and review defence policy and planning implementation.-Create/maintain an interface for dialogue and exchange on defence policy and planning.-Channel information to key players within governmental ministries/institutions and influence strategy and opinions. Execute work for Defence Policy and Planning Department (DPPD) management, in support of the MoND and its subordinate bodies, as required.- stay abreast on current developments and emerging trends. Report on developments, formulate proposals and recommend application to the work of the section and for stakeholders such as General, Services and Joint Command Staffs. Draft and give presentations, briefing notes, speeches and other strategic communications products to be used by the Ministry, State Secretary, Chief of Defence and other senior officials.- Coordinate relationships of military experts with civil experts, through stewardship of relevant working groups, including on civil preparedness (e.g. Inter-departamental Working Group for national implementation of NATO decisions). Lead or participat in inter-departamental/institutional and international staff task forces, as required.-Represent DPPD, MoND as well as national interests in an interinstitutional and/or international environment by undertaking duty travel and attending relevant meetings/conferences as required. Briefing national, Allied and partner officials and military staffs on current activities.- Develop/maintain working relationships and network of national/international organizations points of contact to ensure shared situational awareness, effective staff-level coordination and stakeholder management.
