Main activities:- Design the working cells for automatic/ semi-automatic production (Layout, 3D Modeling, Assembly, Kinematics, 2D drawings);- Design the tools, devices and checkers necessary in the production process for CNC machines;- Design parts for 3D Printing machines;- Operating a 3D Printing machine (Ultimaker 5S - FDM technology);- Solving complex problems and bringing solutions;- Negotiation of budgets for existing and upcoming projects;- Track the product from the design phase to launch in the production area;- Keep in touch with the customers and suppliers;- Preparation of process flow diagrams and drawings required in the production process, in accordance with the technology used to make the finished parts;- Assembly of devices and equipments;Acquired skills and knowledge:- knowledge about the CNC machines (milling and lathing) and manufacturing technology;- knowledge about mechanical parts, pneumatics, hydraulics, devices, equipments;- knowledge about 3D printing (FDM technology);- preserve a good relationship with the customers and the suppliers;- Software: Catia V5, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, ZW3D, iCAD Assembler, Ultimaker Cura;

Main activities:- Analysis of the execution drawing;- Establishing the manufacturing technology/ process flow diagram;- Writing the numerical code for CNC machines;- Adjusting the machine according to the manufacturing technology;- Measuring the parts;- Launching the production;Acquired skills and knowledge:- Knowledge about manufacturing (milling, turning, grinding etc.);- Knowledge about Fanuc CNC programming;- Use of measurement tools such as callipers, micrometers etc.;

Main activities:- Maintenance of hydraulic equipments;- Performing specific tests for hydraulic components;- Analysis of components on a microscope;- Use special devices for vaccum tightness and helium leakage tests; Acquired skills and knowledge:- Teamwork, dynamic- software: Microsoft Office, Catia v5
