In the Voluntary Program, I was tasked with several duties, such as guiding gaming arena visitors to their station, the gaming arena has stations where visitors could undergo a simulation of being in a Formula E race car would be like and how the drivers would drive the car in the race cars. Other duties such as greeting visitors and adjusting their seats to give them the best experience possible. The duties beyond greeting visitors were done after the event as my team and I would help load the gaming stations to their boxes as the logistics team would handle the rest and load the boxes to further progress the loading phase post-event.
