Programme Lead for Foróige's Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) Programme: Explored and Life Uncovered (REAL U) Facilitator Programme to adult professionals across youth work, School Completion programme, social care and intellectual disability services. The programme was delivered nationally both in person and via a Blended Learning format in conjunction with the Learning Management System (LMS).Represented the organisation nationally, such as, as a member of the HSE Sexual Health Advisory group and at the Oireachtas Committee for Education and Skills on the reform of RSE education in second level education. Also internationally at the 10th Annual Young People's Health and Wellbeing Symposium in London.Conducting research evaluations and working closely with stakeholders from Universities and other NGOs to inform development of Foróige's evidence based programmes to meet the needs of modern Irish young people.Preparation and submission of grant proposals for relevant funding initiatives, Producing quarterly Programme progress reports to revelant funding agencies.

Coordinating the training operations and programme resources for trainings and events such as: - Foróige' Induction suite of training and evidence based programme trainings nationally.- Coordination of Foróige's Bi-Annual Youth Reference Panel: 64 panel of young people elected to represent all members nationally. They ensure the youth voice is central to the work of the organisation and directly impacts how Foróige operates.- Annual Aldi Foróige Citizenship Awards: National recognition event for young people to showcase their community engagement projects and the huge contribution they make to their communities.- Leadership for Life Annual Conference week event at Maynooth University: On completion of the three module programme participants are eligible to graduate with a Foundation Certificate in Youth Leadership and Community Action.- Development and rollout of a new Training and Development Record system using Unit 4 enterprise software suite.

Coordination of a comprehensive national water, shellfish and sediment sampling and analysis programme under the requirements of two EU led directives: Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) Transitional and Coastal Waters (TCW) monitoring and Shellfish Waters Directive (2006/113/EC).I was responsible for the assessment of organic and inorganic contaminant analytical data to Environmental Quality Standards (EQS) and reporting to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government (DECLG) and Department of Agriculture and the Marine (DAFM) and the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES).The development and implementation of electronic tablets and android app based electronic sampling and analysis system to move the Marine Chemistry section to a paperless process.Delivery of STEM demonstrations on Ocean Acidification workshops for young people at Open Days and mentoring for TY work experience weeks.
