1st Battalion, 145th Aviation Regiment, Fort Rucker Alabama (September 2017-June 2020)-Researched and explained policies to flight aviation officers and permanent party personnel.-Trained staff of all ages and levels in efficiency management to increase customer satisfaction. -Helped customers understand and create documentation to maximize focus on the facilitation of their goal.-Safely maintained 1-145th's weapon’s storage, ensuring proper accountability of over 100 M4 Carbine’s, M9 pistol and other various grenades and ammunition Area Support Group Kuwait, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait (September 2016-September 2017)-Responsible for strength management for brigade S1 where over 1,500 DoD contractors, 600 Soldiers and 29 DA Civilians were tracked and organized.-Processed and ensured the proper processing and efficient distribution of over 50 leave forms, 100 awards and 50 personnel actions in a timely manner.-Created over 500 Identification cards, updated over 100 accounts, and unlocked over 400 Identification Cards in 3 months.
