AT PRESENT SHAWARMA POINT IS OPERATIONAL IN THREE LOCATIONS AT GK-1, NEW FRIENDS COLONY & NOIDA. ALSO INSTRUMENTAL IN HAVING TIEUPS WITH QUALITY VENDORS LIKE ELECTROLUX ITALY, MOTHER DAIRY, CARREFOUR, SKYLARK POULTRIES, WANG PROFESSIONALS , OZTI KITCHEN EQUIPMENTS, TURKEY & ARSLANN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS, TURKEY. HAVING THE ADVANTAGE OF QUALITY VENDORS, MAINTAING PRODUCT QUALITY IS EASY. I SET UP A WORLD CLASS BASE KITCHEN AND ALL THE PRODUCTS ARE FINISHED AND SENT TO OUTLETS. A postgraduate from Osmania University, with a management degree, started his career in an administrative Government job in 1988. But his entrepreneurial spirit led him to quit service, and get into the restaurant business instead. He started an eatery in Hyderabad that is flourishing to this day. A decade later, he migrated to the UAE and became a Master Franchisee of the famous Software Technology Group (STG) -- becoming the CMD of the computer education center called the STG Middle East Institute LLC. With distinguished Directors from the Al Fahim Group of Abu Dhabi and the First United Group LLC of Muscat, the Institute’s two world-class centers at Abu Dhabi and Dubai became extremely successful with the turnover of each exceeding US$ 100,000 annually. Simultaneously, Mr. Kumar expanded his frontiers through several strategic initiatives. He tied-up for Authorized Training from Microsoft and Oracle, signed up Sylvan Prometric Testing Centre, and launched e-commerce solutions with IBM associate Gulf Business Machines. He started the first B2B portal in Arabic in the Middle East. And he began offering software & training solutions to giants of the oil industry & the corporate world. Now having come back to India, Mr. AVSKumar has launched a bouquet of unique products and services that are the first of their kind in India. These include Shawarma Point (a chain of Lebanese food counters), Wash Wizard (an innovative home laundry service), and Soda Cubes (a path-breaking concept of soda & soft drink flavored ice cubes).

TAKING ADVANTAGE OF POPULATION EXPLOSION DUE TO HYDERABAD BEING DECLARED AS SOFTWARE HUB HAVE STARTED CLUSTERS OF HOTELS IN TEN LOCATIONS ALL AROUND HYDERABAD AND STARTED OPERATIONS FOR 24 HOURS. IT WAS MY IDEA TO LAUNCH MIDNIGHT SPECIAL HYDERABADI BIRYANI AND SPECIAL IRANI TEA SERVED ROUND THE CLOCK. THE REVENUES SOARED AND SO THE PUBLICITY. IT WAS ONE PLACE IN HYDERABAD WHERE TASTY FOOD WAS AVAILABLE ROUND THE CLOCK AND 365 DAYS A YEAR.
