As the shopper marketing lead, I was primarily responsible for delivering on marketing and consumer experience strategy across all clients, as well as identifying new products and processes within these fields, and launching them across all portfolios.Working closely with our strategists, creatives and portfolio managers, we were able to transform retail marketing in the shopping centre space into a strategic, customer-centric approach which delivered on business KPIs for our diverse client base.
