Conducted Meetings with the MI companies which are needed to be integrated to Fannie Mae Got their LOE’s.Created the presentations with the Visio and presented to PM and Directors. Wrote the complete Connectivity process with the help of the Developer .This process consists of logging into UNIX box running the jobs and checking the Data in the database and then again checking the data in the log, creating the Ksh scripts .. Conducted meetings with the MI Companies sent the Validated Test Scenarios to them . Ensured that the Defect Log as well the SQL snap shot are sent to the MI Company so that they can make changes. Created the Defect Document for each MI and gave presentation to the QA Project Manager, Technical Project Manager on weekly basis. Coordinated with the development team on the issues because there is no specified developers assigned for this project, I ran all the connectivity tests and sent the logs to the developers to get the feedback the data fix in the codes. Served as the POC for all the MI companies regarding the complete UAT testing and connectivity and creating the BRDs based on the meetings. Reported weekly status directly to the product manager, project manager and Technical Manager on issues. BRD doc, QA Review Document for each MI Company and coordinated with the QA Manager on the LOES and the data changes that needed to be done. Involved the planning phase to discuss on how the Securitization will impact IDB/FRCO and the Multifamily Book process System RDW. Worked closely with other 7 application POC’s to analyze the current and future requirement changes that are needed as the data flows into the applications .Attended Design Review meetings conducted by the development team for better understanding of the application and all the changes to the existing applications. Served as the POC for Technology and Business teams for IDB and FRCO in this high level Integrated PFP Testing. Executed the Autosys jobs once the data is available in the upstream systems Strategy and MFNT. Developed and executed SQL scripts to validate the data in both System test and UAT after the ETL jobs are completed. Worked extensively on Excel creating the Pivot tables ,Comparison charts, Formulas to compare the data from different applications Performed System, Integration, Functional, Black Box, White Box and Database testing for the application. Performed Regression testing of both IDB and FRCO applications by validating the data after the ETL jobs are executed after any changes made to the existing PFP functionality. Participated and gave presentation to the whole Business Team, 27 applications on monthly basis regarding the impact of the PFP data on IDB and FRCO and the changes that needed to be implemented in the next testing task. This was huge presentation with audience both technical and functional from 27 systems. Develop and Execute Shell Scripts and check the logs for any errors in the files from the up stream’s before the data is loaded in FRCO. conducted req meetings,making CRS, attending the BRD meetings, updating the BRD, and making the UAT docs. Created the BRDS, Test Summary Reports for both IDB and FRCO for Integrated UAT PFP Testing. Used the SOX XL Process uploaded the Shadow tables so that consumers can pull the data.
