o Planning and initializing site sat up o Flow up with consultant for drawings and approvals. o Preparing two week look ahead program assisting the planning engineer o Coordination with Sub-Contractor and consultant on the site.o Ensure all inputs/drawings, BOQ’s, Quality instructions, materials, tools, instruments are available to the entire workforce.o Evaluate and recommend the most efficient and economical way of construction procedures that will meet the required quality output with respect to cost and time.o Supervising Pilling and shoring works.o Supervising Static Load Test on Piles.o Supervising Dynamic Load Test and Integrity Test.o Coordination with Contractor and consultant on the site.o Ensure all inputs/drawings, BOQ’s, Quality instructions, materials, tools, instruments are available to the entire workforce.o Evaluate and recommend the most efficient and economical way of construction procedures that will meet the required quality output with respect to cost and time.
