Managed the Streamwatch program in the Sydney region. Streamwatch is a community engagement program, involving landholders, community groups and schools, that aims to engage communities in monitoring and protecting the health of local waterways.Helped the Mekong River Commission set up a community engagement program, modelled on Streamwatch, in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Negotiated and secured funding from the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank for power generation projects in India.
