After my post-graduate degree MSc in Economics (Majors: Multinationals, Transportation, Environmental Economics, Computer Science), I have worked for companies covering important segments of the IT and business application world:- Data Warehouse Technologies, Knowledge and Content Management Systems (EXUS)- Workflow and Document Management Systems, ERPs and MRPs (K-NET) and- Business Process Management Solutions, Mobile Solutions and Games (Velti)Continuing with Ulysses Systems, as Global Support Manager, my tasks were building up, organizing the support team and related business processes, as well as improving the after sales services. The support team was located in Mumbai (India) and Piraeus (Greece). Under my management the mission critical systems were enhanced either via upgrade, migration and/or integration. After the fundamental changes I have focused on continuous improvement of the support process, introducing KPIs and alert mechanisms for identifying the customers' satisfaction.Currently I am engaged as Professional Services Manager at ABS WaveSight, managing the deployment of Nautical Systems Enterprise modules: CMMS/PMS (Planned Maintenance System), Purchasing, Document Management, Crewing, Payroll, Vetting, Drydock, Hull Inspection and Voyage Management. Continuing as during the last years I am also leading the NS Consulting team by setting the standards, procedures and processes.
