Overall HR management for China Region as “Mini 3 pillars”, standing from organization/ business/ HR perspective, formulate & adjust HR systems/ policies/ practices etc. to satisfy organization development demand. Process optimization & risk mitigation. 3. Rebuild HR systems with Mercer, covering Position Evaluation, C&B Structure, Performance Management, Incentive Plan etc.. Profound experience in HR budgeting, C&B, IIT tax consulting for expatriates & local employee, as well as legal affairs of Human Resource.4. Talent Development like competency/ talent review/ development planning & 3C-retention, Education Fund to foster agile learning. Launch PRC leadership program to foster leadership team and agile learning capability of organization. 5. Participate in global HR projects/ global HR meeting, fantastic experience in multi-national team.
