I've lived what I call 'two lives' - each with its own set of adventures and learnings.In my first life, my journey began with pursuing Chemical Engineering, which laid the foundation for everything that followed. I then gathered over 25 years of extensive experience, both nationally and internationally, with a notable tenure at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) among various companies.This period was marked by a deep dive into Techno-commercial marketing, Retail sales & Channel management, Business development, and Institutional sales, with a special focus on downstream petroleum operations, especially lubricants.My unique exposure to both manufacturing and marketing in the downstream petroleum sectors allowed me to view business processes holistically, giving me a grounded and clear vision of operational realities.But then, a new chapter began - my second life.It's a journey towards discovering human potential, both in myself and others. At iThrive, I am witnessing the growth of the group soul being born and foster.In my strategy and developmental roles, I'm passionately working on building a B2H (Business to Human) model.
