I pursue new accounts and build relationships with bars, restaurants, and grocery stores in the Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas. As both a personal interest and a professional necessity, I continue to develop and maintain expert beer knowledge with a strong familiarity with Port Orleans portfolio. Additionally, I coordinate and execute tailored market events to drive sales in the territory and to solidify and grow our account and customer base.

As Events Coordinator, I am responsible for both on-site and off-site operations.Off-site: I facilitate and provide support for the following promotions held in the market: on-premise tastings, off-premise tastings, pint nights, buy-outs, and sponsorships. I am in charge of staffing promotions appropriately, and effectively communicating needs with the Marketing, Sales, and Production departments. On-site: I solicit and plan on-site events, from small group bookings and private parties to brewery buy-outs and public events. To successfully execute these events, I work with Tasting Room Manager, Customer, and The Stokehold starting from the planning phase, through the end of the event.Additional Responsibilities:• Manage POS inventory levels for event promotions and sales.• Work with Marketing Manager to determine levels to reorder all POS and event support materials, always with a mind to cost and quality.• File necessary Tasting Applications and permits in a timely manner.• Solicit and field inquiries for the Tasting Room and Biergarten for private groups, plan and coordinate menus, pricing, and procure any necessary support materials (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)• Communicate event / group schedule to Tasting Room management so adequate staff levels are met.• Travel to areas in our territory as needed, from all of Mississippi to as far West as Baton Rouge.

As a brand ambassador for Port Orleans, my duties include attending special events in and out of the tasting room, going out on the streets, and in stores to increase sales. I make sure people know who we are, where they can get our product, and then provide them with an experience- whether that is handing out promotional materials, giving tastings, or sharing our brand's story.

Shrine Mont, Orkney Springs, Virginia

I worked at St. George's Camp in Shrine Mont; a retreat center for The Episcopal Diocese of Virginia, located in Orkney Springs, Virginia. I organized and led small and large group activities 90 children, ages 8-15 over four, two week sessions. I identified and responded to camper behavioral issues, maintained accurate program records including incident reports and logbook documentation, and shared and implemented vast knowledge of outdoor activities, emergency procedures, and first aid.

I coached, taught, and supervised a swim team of over 100 swimmers, ages 5-18. The team had a winning 2016 season and showed measurable improvement in the two month period. Other than creating and implementing three swim workouts a day to refine technique and motivate athletes, I managed, planned, and executed swim team events in the Northern Virginia area. In a team of three co-coaches, I lead groups of up to 50 swimmers as well as one-on-one practices.

I directed and monitored work of twenty member staff and volunteers, coordinated and supervised operational and maintenance needs of 500 family aquatic facility.

New Orleans, La

I worked directly with Hank Torbert, the founder of the Frontier Conference, providing day-to-day operations support. Responsibilities included gathering and organizing contact information, and conducting industry outreach and research. I also provided on-site support at the conference, which took place in New Orleans, LA (April 12-14, 2017).

As Project Manager of Aftershock Consulting Group, I led a 14 person award winning team, delegated tasks, and monitored progress throughout the project. We researched expansion methods for Vitality Wellness Group, as well as prepared and edited 50 page deliverable that outlined and modeled multiple expansion methods.
