Awa Fall is a Senegalese business developer and entrepreneur with a passion for sales techniques and community development. A graduate of École Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar in Administrative Commerce and Finance, I have always been driven by the desire to make a positive impact in my community and to become a seasoned entrepreneur. This passion led me to actively engage in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.My journey as a social entrepreneur took a decisive turn when I joined ENACTUS, where I was crowned National Champion of Social Entrepreneurship in 2021. Through this initiative, I have made significant contributions to women’s empowerment by launching projects focused on technology transfer and capacity building.In November 2023, I founded Univers Olfactif, a start-up specializing in the perfume industry. Our mission is to revolutionize this sector by bringing innovative solutions and utilizing our resources to support sustainable development.As a business developer, I have had the opportunity to work with start-ups and SMEs in their commercial growth, helping them optimize performance and build strategic partnerships. I wear multiple hats: entrepreneur, advocate for women’s empowerment, and business developer.All these roles have a common denominator: impact.
