Participated in the Macro Policy Team under the supervision of Adhi Saputro Nugroho by working on multiple projects, including:• Weekly macroeconomic monitor, report, and dashboard for President Joko Widodo with the Ministry of Maritime and Investment;• Indonesian commodities downstreaming study for Bappenas RI;• Emission abatement cost study with Prof. Budy Resosudarmo from Australia National University;• Determinants of State Capital Investment Grant to SOEs Study with Prof. Dr. Mohamad Ikhsan, S.E., M.A. from the University of Indonesia; and • El-Nino effect of Commodities and Inflation Study for the Ministry of Maritime and Investment.

Helped to conduct quantitative research on labor and human resources economics. Currently working on 2 research topics on the impact of Covid-19 on youth employment as well as the effect of training programs type on labor market outcomes in Indonesia.

Participated in the Economic Capacity Development Policy Team by working on :• Budget tagging and poverty alleviation program dashboard construction with the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs and 12 other ministries; and• Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) evaluation program with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs.

• Working under the team led by Berly Martawardaya on the Indonesian Labor Market Outlook of 2023 in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower.• Prepare a comprehensive analysis of the current and oncoming issues of the Indonesian Labor Market, such as labor market digitalization, labor supply quality improvement, job creation, post-pandemic recovery, and social protection.

Participated in the Departemen Pengembangan UMKM dan Perlindungan Konsumen/SMEs Development and Consumer Protection Department by:• Helped to conduct qualitative research to construct Indonesian MSME’s export framework.• Helped to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations on the Bank Indonesia fostered MSMEs for the third quarter of 2022.• Helped to conduct MSMEs development programmes evaluation study.

Conducted quantitative research on the determinant of study preferences method after the Covid-19 pandemic in SMAN 29 DKI Jakarta using Partial Least Squares regression with SmartPLS 3.0.

• Co-led a group of 7 members, consisting of freshmen, sophomore, and junior year students, to create economic and social research-related outputs.• Published 16 economics paper reviews, 7 fundamentals research-related knowledge, 1 research paper using primary data, and 12 data-related software use tutorials on Youtube.• Conducted research on Indonesian’s acceptance and willingness to pay towards multiple carbon tax designs using primary data from Java and Bali residences.

Mentoring high school economic olympiad contingent for National Science Olympiad. Routinely mentoring once in a week. Mentoring includes creating tutor materials, tutor plan, perform school screening, and giving mental support.
