 Review contracts , agreements and memorandum of understanding requested by the concerned Agency / Department to ensure compliance with RTA Requirements and Standards Draft agreements, contracts According to RTA Requirements and Standards and forwarding the same to the concerned department for comments and approval Drafting of all memorandum of understanding & co-operation agreements between RTA & the stakeholders to outline the relationship between them. Study, review and evaluate the contracts and agreements received by the authority SBU departments. Provide assistant to the concerned departments in discussion / negotiations of contracts, agreements when required. Conduct research for best practices regarding contracts and agreements to improve RTA standards in contracts and agreements. Maintain a database containing historical information about problems in agreements and contracts to prevent recurrence. Build good and fruitful relationship with other governments departments to exchange expertise and knowledge.  Represent the department in committees with regard to legal issues related to agreement, contracts, claims and new projects.
