I am a technology enthusiast with a passion to address media transport challenges by building simplified products and solutions.Have been designing and developing products for telecom, datacom, and professional media transport industry for past 20+years.  Being part of the IT professional services industry, I have delivered based on customer-focused needs.I have had the opportunity to lead the team from offshore and achieve timely execution & delivery of software solutions, wherein I have also co-ordinated the team from on-prem with integration and final product releases. I have hands-on in both traditional software development methods and modern agile principles. I have enjoyed various positions throughout my carrier in software development, technical sales, prototyping, and MVP launch, working with the CTO office and Product management.I am privileged to have the trust of my teammates and to live up to the expectation of my leaders, by coming up with the solution that meets business/customer's needs.Being a MEF certified professional, I have proudly taken Ethernet transport products to the MEF certification process.I am a cloud enthusiast and have successfully virtualized the hardware appliance and migrated it to the cloud. I love to challenge myself by stepping into unknown territory to stimulate my thrive to learn and grow.
