As a professional, I have been working with Self Help Groups (SHGs) at the block level, to empower women farmers through the cultivation, collectivization, and processing of Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP). My responsibilities include project planning, data analysis, and management at the grassroots level to implement the project under the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. I collect and analyze data on women farmers, their needs, and progress, and ensure timely reporting of beneficiary cases.My work aims to improve the economic and social status of women farmers in rural areas by providing them with access to resources, knowledge, and markets. I work with stakeholders, including women farmers, SHGs, and other relevant organizations, to plan and implement the project effectively. My skills in project management, data analysis, and reporting are essential to ensuring successful implementation and securing future funding and support for the project.My work is making a positive impact on the lives of rural women farmers and their communities, contributing to sustainable livelihoods and economic development. Through my work, I am committed to empowering women and promoting gender equality in rural areas.

This virtual internship involved mentoring young volunteers who were working on implementing an online community action project. Providing guidance and support to the volunteers as they worked on their assigned tasks, offering feedback on their progress, and addressing any concerns or issues that arose. As a mentor, I also played a role in helping to develop the project and ensuring that it was executed successfully.
