• Working in Solar, Civil Construction, Electrical and OHT tank of government projects. • Develop area specific business plans for profitability while complying needs of local market.• Implement business strategies to achieve monthly and annual goals.• Lead to team to maintain & operate the daily plan activities.• Recruit employee, assess their performance and take necessary actions when needed.• Trained the team members to improve their skills and competencies.• Analyse business results and recommend business plan for improvements.• Develop individuals plan for each team member.• Make plan of field team movement.• Manage budget, time and resources to meet business objectives in the assigned areas.• Monitor and supervise the budget, resources, inventory, performance and profitability.• Develop the vendors for Civil, Solar I&C, Pipe Line work and monitor his work efficiency.• Verify the work vendor bills and process for payment.• Surprise visits of the site and check the site work.• Liasoning to joint visit with JE/AE etc (Government department) for work verification for make the MB/bill.• Liasoning with TPI (Third Party Inspection) member to report the site execution are in proper.• Ensuring to clear the punch point if any given by TPI.• Liasoning with Jal Nigam department for site etc.• Liasoing with Gram Pradhan, Block Secretary to Handover the OHT/other sites.• Analyse the Bill of quantity vs work executed vs MB done and make sure to balance work execution & balance payment.• Maintain data analysis of these works; prepare various analysis.• Meet with customers and represent the work progress.• Pipe Line work execution to do in proper.• Negotiate the material rate from local suppliers where site executing and finalize the best rate.• Develop the material suppliers in locally.

I have coordinating Civil, tower, Electrical & upgradation work on sharing sites. I have achieved two times award in GTL for best Cluster Incharge. Infra update where upgrade Tenancy.
