Upon completing high school in Toronto, Abdul Wahab Saleem went on to obtain an Associate's degree in Arabic and Islamic Culture from the renowned King Saud University, the highest-ranking institution in the Middle East. He then completed a Bachelor's in Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh with honors from the same university. While pursuing his university education, he studied numerous classical works with a diverse group of distinguished scholars, most regularly under the tutelage of Sh. Anwar Abdullah Al-Fadfari. He has obtained licenses (ijazat) to teach numerous sacred texts in all Islamic sciences including Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh, Hadith, Tafsir, and Aqida, as well as the recitation of Imam Asim (Hafs & Shuba).He completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Banking and Insurance from the United Kingdom. Thereafter, he attained a Master of Arts in Tafsir and Ulum al-Quran. He currently resides in Malaysia. He has learned from, met, and exchanged thoughts with a wide range of scholars from around the world. He is the founder of Salik Academy, an instructor at Mishkah University, and an author of a number of articles and books, some of which remain manuscripts to this date. He has taught and lectured at venues in several countries around the world. In addition to lecturing around the world, he has made appearances and presented complete seasons on various TV stations and YouTube channels including Al-Hijrah TV, Huda TV, Ramadan TV, Sharjah TV, The Daily Reminder and more.
