Leeds Blinds LTD is a family business which is ran by me and my father, at 16 years old I was learning the trade. Once I had retrieved my driving license, I was able to go out all over Yorkshire covering Leeds, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Bradford, Dewsbury, Denby dale, Sheffield and loads more areas. As part of this job, I have met thousands of clients measuring their windows and understanding what they would like us to achieve. I also quoted them, and the majority of the clients would go ahead, I would then have to forward details to companies we work along to manufacture the made-to-measure blinds. Once the blinds have been manufactured, we would return to the clients and professionally fitting them to a high standard ensuring our customer satisfaction has been achieved.

At Aagrah I work as a waiter, while working here I have experienced speaking to people from all over the country, this allowed me to gain a lot of confidence, and improve my communication skills, I have learnt how to deal with many issues and how to calm down angry customers etc, as well as this my memory has also strengthened as I would tend to have to remember the customers order without fault due to this I can remember things really quickly which is an advantage for me when I have many tasks to complete.
