 Leading quality and food safety by design:--Designing and conducting process validation studies for high and low acid liquid products--Establishing thermal processing CCPs & system validation.--Designing and integrating Food safety limits for CCP’s & OPRP’s in line-QMS--Establishing factory sterility control program and acceptable quality limits (AQL) linked to Quality KPI’s--Inputs to raw material specifications to ensure right raw material quality--Maintaining complete set of documents (Thermal processing specs and supporting data) Core member of Plant Management Team supporting KPIs relating to: Plant Efficiency, Quality & Regulatory Compliance. Ensuring employees are trained to the appropriate quality and operational standards to support first time right Quality Operations. Reviewing HACCP and validating CCP’s Auditing end to end for Aseptic Processing Operations In-sterility troubleshooting and incident investigation Consumer complaint handling and investigation

 End to end Food safety assessments for new product launches. Establishing HACCP, QMS, CSP’s for innovations/renovations of new/existing products. Author of Global documents and technical reports for retort processing, model HACCP and Model QMS documents. Global Support in troubleshooting against in-sterilities Reviewing, approving and/or developing new Standards and Guidelines to ensure food safety and compliance to internal requirements.

Major Responsibilities Include:• Assessment of Sales value chain for compliance to internal and external standards.• Conducting Good warehouse practices assessment and training for Pakistan Market Completely (F&B +Chilled Dairy).• Handling of complaints (Consumer/Customer) to solve quality related issues.• Conducting traceability drills to ensure 100% traceability of all products.• Providing standards for ensuring ‘quality in sales’• Training 3rd party Distributions on Quality Management in Sales.• Performing retail quality assessments/audits for market.• Auditing SAP systems in terms of quality and food safety for factory till finished products.• Performing mock recall drills periodically to ensure system effectiveness.• Development of training modules based on training needs of people.

• Management of the plant’s Food Safety, Quality control, hygiene, and product disposition processes under defined SOP’s• Ensuring on–time testing of raw materials, in- process and finished products release as per defined QMS for raw and finished products in SAP.• Implementing Quality Strategy and policy in line with Nestle Quality Management System and updating technical management on routine status by Quality management meetings and KPI’s.• Support the sites ISO 14001 auditing by 3rd party as well internally• Core team member of Plant Management Team while implementing KPIs impacting Quality, Food safety & Regulatory Compliance.• Ensuring compliance to label requirements by inhouse and foreign analysis of raw materials and finished products as per compliance monitoring plan.• Handling of consumer complaints, complete root cause analysis and closure with respective teams.
