Job Responsibilities at QAPCO:• Responsible of job execution & supervision of all major Static equipment’s Such as Heat exchangers, Pressure vessels, Reactors, Boilers, Filters & Strainers, Fin Fan coolers, Pellet Dryers, Vibrating screens, LDPE &LLDPE Silos, High Pressure Piping up to 3000 Bar, HP Cyclones, Seawater Self-cleaning Filters etc.• Routine maintenance and overhauling of Sell & Tube heat exchangers which involves Blinding/De-blinding, Opening, complete repair work, Tube plugging, bundle pulling & replacement, hydro-jetting, hydrotesting & boxed up.• Complete maintenance & backflushing of Plate type heat Exchangers which involves Opening, cleaning of plates, Re-gasketing and box-up activities.• Complete maintenance of High pressure and low pressures Vessels during turnround which involves Opening, Cleaning, Inspection & Replacement of demister pads.• Routine Maintenance and Inspection, Repairing, cleaning, hydrotesting of water tube boilers during shutdown.• Complete maintenance of columns which involves blinding/De-blinding, opening, inspection, repairing and replacement of strip valves & bubble caps, Replacement of damage packing demister and other accessories, boxed up.• Hand on experience of job execution and supervision during QAPCO mega turnround 2021.

Job Responsibilities at ENGRO:• Responsible for job planning, execution, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all major Rotating and Static Equipment’s such as Pumps, Centrifugal Blowers, Gearboxes, Air Compressors, Rotary Drums (Pre cooler, Dryer, Granulator), Belt conveyors, Bucket Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Crushers, Vibrating Screens, Exchangers etc.• Responsible of taking Vibrations and temperature data of all rotating equipment’s during the start of each shift.• Identify Equipment’s before catastrophic failure.• Make mechanical repairs of equipment’s perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Responsible of erection, commissioning, job execution, troubleshooting and Maintenance of all major rotating and static equipment’s such as Pumps, Compressors, Heat exchangers vessels, Boilers, Distillation plant Heaters, De-salters, Distillation Columns, Strippers etc.Make mechanical repair of equipment’s and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.Identify equipment function and repair before catastrophic failure.Keep all hand tools and measuring tools in optimum operating condition.All mechanical Problems solves according to drawing and manuals.
