Preparation of Financial Packages with the help of data gathered from different platforms like QuickBooks, Shopify, etc.• Requesting invoices from suppliers | matching them with purchase orders to verify accuracy | and uploading them onto ERP or other accounting software.• Generating a weekly payable report of outstanding invoices and submitting them for payment approvals from the company's director.• Executing payments to vendors for invoices approved by the company's directors along with remittance advice.• Reconciling supplier account statements on a weekly basis and resolving any discrepancies in our balances.• Generating invoices for goods or services provided and forwarding them to customers along with their purchase orders.• Generating a weekly receivables report for outstanding invoices and following up with customers on overdue invoices.• Reconciling receipts from customers with invoices based on remittance advice.• Reconciling customer account statements on a weekly basis and resolving any discrepancies in our balances.• Performing daily reconciliation of bank and credit card transactions into appropriate account heads based on the company's business nature.• Posting journals for various accounting transactions | e.g. | payroll | depreciation | leases | finance | Inventory.• Reconciling the bank statement balance with the accounting balance on a monthly basis and resolving any discrepancies.• Forecasting inventory requirements based on historical sales data and market trends.• Setting reorder points and safety stock levels through consideration of lead time and average daily usage.• Reconcile physical inventory counts provided by Client to actual stock
