Analyse the design of the systems under test, in order to inform ensuing tasks. Develop and document requirements for system integration and testing activities on C4I programmes. Provide representation of the systems under test through Unified modelling language (UML).. In conjunction with the rest of the programme team, ensure the programme succeeds. Support the development of appropriate integration and testing strategies. Support the detailed planning to successfully execute the identified strategy. Define test requirements, specifications and scripts under the supervision of a Systems Senior Engineer. Execute the defined integration activities. Execute the tests and manage the test results and associated data. Support the production of test reports and associated test conclusions. Support the status reporting of integration and test activities. Support the continuous improvement of integration and testing processes, procedures and tools.

• Lead the scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of consulting projects and deliveries. Responsible for statement of work development and risk assessment, including defining goals and objectives, identifying and documenting Client requirements, resource requirements, project budget, project risks, and the translation of the Clients’ business requirements into specific deliverables. Ensures complete requisite project documentation.• Lead all Implementation projects of moderate complexity, or a collection of multiple smaller projects.• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within client expectations for quality and functionality.• Mentoring team and peers on Project Management Best Practices• Manage Client acceptance of the solution and managing Client expectations in line with the agreed statement of work.• Manage day-to-day relationship with client stakeholders and resolution of all issues.• Reporting, coordinating and maintaining communication for project status to all stakeholders in reports and status meetings.• Assists with identifying sales opportunities, participate in pre-sales planning, project pricing, bid review, and presentation of sales proposals. Acquires incremental business within the project through change control.• Build a project team, with offshore resources, and contractors.• Ensure proper set up of the engagement in the time keeping system, ensuring consultants and contractors are always current with their reported time. Produces project financial and status reports.• Ensure monthly billings, timely collection of revenue, and manage procurement and payment to contractors.

• Daily review the Implementation Plan for All activities in North region.• Plan and lock monthly PIP with Customer ,and float Plan to all stake holders for smooth implementation of the plan.• Monitor civil work activities and insure RFI as per approved plan.• Follow-up for sites from Equipment Delivery to Onair and PAC .• Frequent meetings with customer to address and feedback different ongoing issues.• Monitor Survey and design for new Rollout sites .• Coordinate with RF team to get the survey report and approved RF plan from customer .• Equipment Mapping and Delivery for Approved cluster .• Equipment installation as per Approved Plan and Keep record of RF plan for Pre and Post swap .• Dismantle Equipment Tracking and RT to WH .• PAT and PAC for Commercial onair sites ,QD, and handing over scanned PAC and BOQ .• Equipment verification with DN and PAC signed BOQ to Close the Inventory . • After PAC handover sites to operations team with Complete Documents

• Continuously update plan for clusters and zone swaps to Implementation Manager• Coordinate cutover of the network cluster and dismantle the old system and ensure material is returned to warehouse and document it.• Support field team and ensure that fallback of the swap activity is done as per procedure.• Plan and lock monthly and daily Swap PIP with TP ,and float DSS ( daily swap schedule) to all stake holders (BSC // Ms // core //IP planning &IMP )• Frequent meetings with customer to address and feedback different on going issues.• Coordinate With customer and internal team to ensure Project delivery as per SLA.• Collect and control quality of Site Audit Report, Site Installation documents, Site Drawings etc., including Execution documents during site installation process from subcontractors.• Solving on site problems including access for field installation teams and equipment delivery teams .• Plan RAN activities and follow till its completion.• Leading PAT//PAC activities for Zong 3G swap project .

Drive the TP Vega swap activities as per project plan and assist implementation Manager to deliver the RAN targets (1864 BTS sites // in 12 months ) For North region .• Working as a team leader, managing our teams as well as subcontractors.• To manage and control team & work load and to update daily progress report.• Directly report to Project Manager of daily activities and issues.• Maximized the team efficiency by identifying and capitalizing on each team member’s strengths whileimproving their respective weaknesses.• Responsible for Operations & maintenance of entire Swapped network, including BSS and transmission entities newly swapped ( not handed over to MS )in the whole region.• Frequent meetings with customer to address and feedback different on going issues.• Coordination between customer and internal team to ensure the timely deliverance as per SLA.• To resolve the site issues through proper channel, discussion with customer and to propose theproper solution.• To maintain the Daily and weekly progress and update the statistic data of installed sites.• To prepare plan for the ATP of On-Air sites and deliver the sites to the operator safely.• Take updates from sites and prepare daily installation report for the customer.•Identify relevant stakeholders and prepares for engagement reviews by inviting all stakeholders and quality assurance procedures• Identify and manage project risk exposure• Hold regular status meetings with project team and relevant stakeholders• Facilitate the project related stakeholders effectively

• Update and Manage weekly and daily trackers,• Master tracker (include all pre and post swap information with subcon’s )• PR and PO Daily tracker ( update record of all PR and PO’s issued to subcons ,and PO’s received from customer )• RAN Daily progress tracker (track and maintain the RAN daily progress report )• WO Tracker (weekly apply for WO maintain tracker and update to subcon’s accordingly )• Spare and faulty Equipment tracker (Manage spare store inventory ,and ensure faulty equipment submission to factory within defined time and maintain its record )• BTS Installation commissioning and troubleshooting .• RF surveys for Swap and new rollout sites. • Installation of RTN-910 and RTN-950, IF cards configuration etc.• Installation of IDU, ODU, Dish Assembling, IF Cable routing, configuration of RTN-910 and 950.• Conducting ATP, PAT, PAC, Commissioning and alignment.• Installation of 4 E1,16 E1, X-PIC links etc.• Performing ATP, PAT and PAC activities• Receiving DN, Coordinating with ware house staff to move link Dishes, IDU, ODU, Accessories, Mounts and other luggage to Sites.• Making sure of delivery of equipment at sites according to DN.• Performing cut-over activity.• Solving transmission problems of IDUs, ODUs, HUAWEI BTS .
