- Part of the 5 members core team for the city launch (Islamabad/North). Developed a digital strategy to acquire 7000+ customers. Blitz scaled the city’s GMV by 167 times from 1.5 Million to 250 Million in a span of 5 months.- Repivoted the city growth strategy by reducing Ops costs by 60% and increasing effective margin by 2.3x. This effectively decreased our CM4 burn from 10% to 4.2% in a span of 3 month.- Helped form a new Spot sale product that effectively increased the delivery reliability from 80% to 96%.

• Executed all operational strategies and plans in the assigned territory. I looked after 2 different belts (Outer and city). Managed the biggest distribution in North region according to company SOPs. Cumulatively grew my territories by 6% YOY (Highest in the region).• I was named the digital champ for North region for leading the "IC Now” home delivery campaign. I also spearheaded a national partnership with Bykea (Series E funded) and food panda (Delivery hero), making all SPDs live with the apps. This generated an additional revenue of $1.7 Million nationally.• Headed a partnership with Easy paisa to digitize all payment solutions and execute Merchant 2 distributor solution in the whole region. This decreased the Ops cost by 0.2% by elimination cash handling costs and theft issues in the market.

- This was a fast tracked 6 months program aimed at giving the graduates a 360 Degree understanding of the financial insurance products. Brokered a deal with the CPEC project that turned out to be the biggest sale of the year ($1 Million).

• Xoop was a logistics Karachi based startup (International Series A VC funded) that aimed at cutting down logistics time with the help of aviation passengers. I was responsible for product testing and launching 'XOOPR' with an aim of opening DUTY-FREE markets for consumers in Pakistan through travelers and shoppers. I was able to conduct 3 successful market runs in collaboration with Homeshopping.pk• Formed key strategic partnerships with local and international players to turn the idea into a reality. The most notable of these was ‘Homeshopping’ in Pakistan and 'COTY' in Dubai

• Led a partnership with USAID to offer a 6 months course for underprivileged students with a technical background. 400 students graduated and formed 30 small scale entrepreneurial ventures in a span of 1 year.

• Miras was an online market place with an opportunity to sell local handmade crafts to an international audience. I was able to grow this to a team of 6 members and raised an Angel investment of $10,000. We managed to sale crafts worth of $33000.
