My main responsibilities include coordinating the shift in order to timetable break schedules, cash management, disciplinaries and staff training,As a team of managers, we work towards goals, as well as aiming to motivate staff in order to create a positive and competent workforce.Throughout my time at McDonalds I have learnt the importance of teamwork, communication, business control and leadership.
