About Muhammad A.

A self-confessed pragmatic agile coach, portfolio/program execution and service delivery expert, I rely on data and balanced scorecard methodologies to guide consistent and informed decision-making for company executives and strategic partners. One of my nicknames at STC was the “KPI” guy because my successes were underpinned by the analysis of data to develop and deploy reliable solutions.I grew my ICT experience and extensive leadership skills at Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in Saudi Arabia where I began as a Business Analyst / Solution Architect (BSS and BI), Leaned towards Project Manager and spent 13 years learning on the job and through formal studies until I lead strategic functions as Director for Planning and Performance Management. Leveraging that experience I’ve succeeded in Australia in the Education, Telco and Community Services industries after immigrating in 2017.
