Successfully delivered following projects • NSN SA- Cell C swap project for 2G Siemens to NSN – 400 BTS.• NSN SA RFP response for Cell C 2G & 3G site planning, frequency and Neighbor planning, along with interference analysis on Aircom Enterprise (Asset).• MTN SA 2G, 3G area drive test analysis to finish the back log.• ZAIN Nigeria Back office, saving CAPEX through 2G & 3G propagation analysis, capacity planning. 2G Drive test log analysis and reporting. Managed following projects & errands • Telkom Model tuning for DCS (1800)/ WCDMA (2100) PM for Cape Town region.• NSN DT for swap project for Cell-C (PM)• MTC Namibia Benchmarking project 2G & 3G.• Technical/Commercial Proposal writing for major Vendors/operators for whole Africa region, keeping in view the RFP/RFQ requirements and making a sound business case in order to secure the deal.
