Working as an Electrical Engineer at "Estimation and Design" department. Ercon Switch Gear has refined and streamlined the manufacturing of Switch Gear panels. My job at Ercon deals with estimating and designing certain aspects of Switch Gears and its components. My duties include:*. Hands-on experience of power and control wiring*. Designing control for Switch Gear panels.*. Figuring out the sizes and capacities of bus bars and cables for efficient distribution of current around the panel.*. Working with DOL, Star-Delta, and Soft Starters.*. Designing control circuits for these starters.*. Complete understanding of MCBS, MCCBS, ACBs, VCBs, MMS, and VFDs.*. Figuring out appropriate breakers for Switch Gear panels based on rated capacities and customer demands.*. Working with Contactors, SPDs, and Relays.*.
