Collaborate with various domain experts (Circuit Switched, Packet Switched, MNP, Interconnect, Interworking, IT, Billing, Regulatory and Legal, Transmission, etc) from leading fixed and mobile operators and other bodies. Liaise with service providers to provide end end-user services like SMS/MMS hubs, Roaming Brokers, SCCP Provider, Clearinghouse, GRX/IPX Providers, ISPs, Card Payment Providers, Electronic Top Up, Blackberry, etc.Translating stakeholders' business and technical startegy into comprehensive requirement specifications, ensuring on time implementation of plans and design documents and conducting intensive workshops to produce High Level Design (HLD) and Acceptance Test documents. Represent the company as the Tech Head during contract negotiations/reviews and architectural design phases of MVNO implementation. Review the network architecture to gauge the performance and propose changes in order to optimise network utilisation, reduce/eliminate bottlenecks and achieve cost saving. Oversee the technical integration with network operators and/or service providers. Leading the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and management of stakeholders as well as building and managing the technology team.

Led customer meetings focused around the proposed architecture of the CTI product, as well as pre-sales, product road maps and technical requirements. Specialised in custom made Computer Telephony Integration for the Indonesian market; Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Automated Attendant, Voice Mail, announcement, etc. Played a pivotal role for the delivery team within the division, providing Indonesian customers with highly scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant distributed CTI systems.

Worked on VRTX (Versatile Real-Time Executive), a real time OS for embedded systems, which runs on the Hubble Space Telescope and on some of Motorola mobile phones. Wrote a floating point library which allowed operations in floating point (fractional numbers) to be performed on much simpler fixed point (integer only) CPU and ported NFS into VRTX file system.Became an experienced team member and developed skills of a programming practitioner. Demonstrated high problem solving skills in technical areas and implemented solutions effectively and in line with specifications and requirements.

Developed a satellite imaging application on Megavision image processor. Achievements: improvement by 100% of transfer rate of images, invented a very fast algorithm to generate interpolated zoom and another algorithm to compress colour from 24 bits to 8 bits. Wrote a mini real-time kernel.

Developed a device driver for several telephony cards designed to work under one of world first programmable multi-channel IVR engine. Became comfortable operating within a software development environment, with hands on experience in major projects.
