Program Director
Responsible for overall program management of Ford Motor Company's Leadership & Professional Development Program (LPD). LPD Program is a seminar series designed to teach 'soft skills' i.e. interviewing skills, team building, conflict management, etc. Develop and execute strategic marketing plan designed to increase program exposure and usage. Manage annual operational budget of $250k. Create and maintain master calendar of events. Coordinate all logistical functions i.e. catering, technical equipment, selects training consultants, and secures venues and collaterial materials. Market events via mass e-mail, promotional flyers, speaking engagements, and collaboration with other campus organizations. Create and execute promotional tactics to increase seminar attendance.Monitor progress of program and make corrective actions to achieve attendnace and awareness goals. Manage timely payment of vendor invoices. Write and present program status reports to grantor and university. Participate in campus-wide events to increase program awareness. Build and foster relationships within the university and with business professionals. Supervise staff.
