As the Chief Operating Officer, I provide leadership, strategy and management for T5 Data Centers. I manage the performance of T5’s existing assets ensuring quality, efficiency, consistency and cost effectiveness in all aspects of operations within T5 Data Centers. Additionally, I am responsible for all customer-facing activities, including sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction. Lastly, I drive growth and expansion for both new and existing projects including development and merger and acquisition opportunities.

As Chief Marketing Officer of T5 Data Centers, I direct all marketing, strategy and sales operations during our rapid expansion throughout the US and overseas. As a leader of the sales team I am responsible for strategy, hiring, pricing and all pipeline and competitive landscape reporting, including new market analysis and justification. By championing T5’s expanding marketing team and efforts, I drive branding and advertising including media and industry relations. Marketing efforts have recently been augmented with a comprehensive SEO and social media campaign, comprising numerous platforms and methods of customer interaction.

Aaron was a principal and co-founder of the San Francisco office for The Staubach Company from 1998 to 2006. In this capacity he advised global clients on technology and office space requirements, acquisition and development. Aaron has leased, advised and developed on over one million square feet of data center space over the last 13 years for technology clients such as Digital Island, Cable & Wireless, Nextel, XO, Nextlink and MCI.
