Established documentation involving Operational Instruction, Process Control Standard, Process and Equipment Checksheet,Roller Mapping for new process machine. 3. Established, updated and reviewed FMEA and Risk Assessment to improve product, process reliability and quality. 4. Planned and executed schedule by Gantt Chart and DOE for new process. 5. Applied Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when triggering of increasing defect rate, machine trouble, product finish abnormal and safety issues. 6. Executed Response Flow Chart (RFC) to any abnormality within a process to reduce operational risk. 7. Conducted continuous improvement activity by using FTIR analysis, SEM_EDX analysis and Cross Cut analysis to investigate the coibtribution of increasing defect rate.8. Investigated and addressed abnormal plating defects, a top 3 defect in the FVI (Final Visual Inspection) process.9. Utilized root cause analysis approach to identify and eliminate the underlying issues leading to abnormal plating defects.10. Conducted extensive evaluations, experiments, and data analysis to pinpoint the real root cause of defects.11. Achieved a significant reduction in defect rate, decreasing it from 1.17% to 0.55%.12. The improved overall yield from 89.9% to 90.52%, contributing to enhanced production efficiency and product quality.13. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

1. Identify root cause of Touching defect and reduce 50% of WIP glove produced due to that defect. 2. Able to reduce torn glove percentage by 75% by increasing the latex level and able to improve stripping efficiency. 3. Improved the design of overflow gutter in order to ensure TDS of water within standard. 4. Reduced the downtime by improvise the design of cleaning device. 5. Able to troubleshot 3 different type of glove products. 6. Inspected gloves quality and ensure the output target achieved.

The biggest pulp and paper manufacturer in Malaysia. The company’s product are toilet rolls and kitchen towel. I am part of Front Line team and I worked with experienced engineer for quality inspection process. I did quality inspection on Jumbo Roll and sample from de-inking line before they turned into tissue paper products. Few tests were done including pH test, whiteness test, consistency test and freeness test. Three months internship help me gain knowledge and experience in - quality inspection- working in a team - real work experience as Front Line engineer- tissue making process - understand paper and pulp industry - communication skills - understand manufacturing process

I am part of marketing team and I helped in promoting their new brand product and designed their packaging. I am proud that the company decided to use my design for the sample of their new product during the launching of the product.
