Conducted extensive evaluations, experiments, and data analysis to pinpoint the real root cause of defects.11. Achieved a significant reduction in defect rate, decreasing it from 1.17% to 0.55%.12. The improved overall yield from 89.9% to 90.52%, contributing to enhanced production efficiency and product quality.13. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

I am part of Front Line team and I worked with experienced engineer for quality inspection process. I did quality inspection on Jumbo Roll and sample from de-inking line before they turned into tissue paper products. Few tests were done including pH test, whiteness test, consistency test and freeness test. Three months internship help me gain knowledge and experience in - quality inspection- working in a team - real work experience as Front Line engineer- tissue making process - understand paper and pulp industry - communication skills - understand manufacturing process
