Community Association Manager
Current- Manages and directs the daily operations of homeowner associations, including maintenance, fiduciary duties, and administrative needs.
- Coordinates amongst varying specialties for major repairs, remodeling, and construction projects for residential communities.
- Prepares detailed budgets and financial reports for properties based on accrued expenses and anticipated needs.
- Educates and trains team members in company software and practices. Lead the educational training for a major internal technology transition while still managing portfolio needs.
