- Responsible for achieving strategic goals and coordinate business operations. - Manage resources to ensure appropriate levels of production, materials and staffing in all divisions. - - Manage relationships with suppliers, clients, customers and other stakeholders and provides a point of escalation for any customer service issues that arise. - Working with data, analyzing figures and producing reports. - Reporting on operational progress of all projects.

- Handling of sales inquiries and assisting customers with relevant information- Liaising with banks to set up escrows- Coordinating Sales & Purchase Agreements and offer letters- Assisting customers with signing of the Sales & Purchase Agreement - liaising with the lawyerand the client, setting up appointments, following up with the lawyer for registered S&PA- Organizing sales events and promotion and participating (Locally and internationally)- Creative brief: liaising with relevant agencies: Advertisement/ Renderings/DigitalMedia/hoardings etc.- Handling of general post sales customer queries- Following up with clients on payments – sending reminders, and constructionmilestone reports.

- Plan, generate and execute various below-the-line (BTL) events with various groups and participation in exhibitions for promoting the project.- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold-calling and meetings with corporates, industry groups, associations, clubs, etc. - Meet the decision-makers from different groups to pitch them residential apartments & group offers.- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new leads and closure of group deals. - Area mapping, cold-calling, prospecting, negotiating, freezing on commercials, and closing deals with necessary documentation.- Source clients from individual databases for apartments, conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and close deals.- Participate in sales training sessions, lead-generation events, business networking and industry events on behalf of the company.- Building and managing strong relationships with various groups to ensure consistent pipeline of prospects.

- Carrying out Background Verification check for clients and prepare reports for the same- Maintain and update client databases relevant to background verifications - Conduct compensation and benefit surveys - Assist in Executive Recruitment - Assist in conducting HR due diligence processes for clients
