I'm excited to be in a newly created position, Project Manager, Process Improvement, with EurOptimum.I'll be managing the Salesforce.com platform and integrating software and processes that will help to streamline the overall workflow of the company. I'm looking forward to Salesforce training and hopefully, certification down the road.

I managed the Business Systems for circulation and distribution, mainly the Toronto Sun. I managed a team of 9 employees that worked in three departments - home delivery, single copy, and billing.

I started my own Web Design business when I completed my training for a web design diploma. I currently create and update web sites for clients. This is something I created so that while I was on the road, as a professional caddy, I could earn extra income.

I caddied for LPGA and Futures Tour Professionals from 2003 to 2005. It required a great deal of patience, attention to detail, and accuracy. I had to believe in myself and my skills in a very competitive and high pressure atmosphere. I loved it.
