Recruited for a new position on the Executive Leadership Team at a Private Equity (PE) owned, $500M distribution company, responsible for integrating new acquisitions. Quickly built the PMO function and discipline to ensure the successful integration of acquisitions. This included developing a repeatable & scalable integration playbook and strategy as well as hiring a team of Project Managers, Change Managers, Communication Managers, and Data Analysts to execute on the playbook. Have successfully integrated 15 acquisitions and converted 13 acquisitions to the enterprise ERP to date. Participated in potential PE sale, including management presentations and due diligence.

Contracted to work on a USAA acquisition that included managing multiple project managers, governance, and change management. Within the Auto Business Strategy & Planning group, also provided program/project management and change management support on a high-level, strategic, multi-year, international project with senior level executives that involved multiple workstreams.

Interfaced with the personal insurance business to provide strategic consulting and guidance throughout key strategic initiatives. Facilitated and led the planning of strategic initiatives to create a blueprint that supports the strategy. Proactively served as a trusted adviser for business stakeholders. Managed personal insurance portfolio and ensured strategic and investment alignment, including overall governance.

Drove people, process, and technology transformation for Discover’s Chief Data Officer (CDO) and the Analytics leadership team comprised of 4 Vice Presidents who supported Business Engagement, Platforms and Capabilities, Data Governance and Operations. Responsible for $75M operations budget for the Analytics group and 700 staff.Led a cross-functional team of 16 employees responsible for Advanced Analytics PMO, change management, talent acquisition and management, communications, financial, technical, and administrative operations. Drove deliverables for all CDO operational improvements, change management, cost reduction opportunities, process improvements, employee engagement, financial reporting, and operational metrics.

Provided executive-level financial, operational, and strategic support to ZNA’s Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and the leadership team comprised of 8 Senior Vice Presidents. Managed $75M operations budget for the CLO group and 170 staff in four divisions including Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Services, and Government Services. Led a cross-functional team of 14 employees responsible for financial, technical, and administrative operations including change management for people, process, and technology changes. Drove deliverables for all CLO Group (Switzerland) and CLO Regional (North America) reporting, operational improvements, cost reduction opportunities, talent management, employee engagement, financial reporting, and operational metrics.

Provided operational oversight for the Information Services team in Regulatory Services and managed a $25M annual budget including forecasting, reporting, allocations, and vendor payables. Managed a team of 7 responsible for tool/system support including change management for new tools and systems. Provided all financial analysis and strategic input for contract negotiations.

Project managed implementation of large, complex line of business in multiple systems and managed on and off-shore system resources, including stakeholder management, training, and user adoption.

Identified and provided information insights to direct and evaluate BU/SSU initiatives in marketing, strategy, competitive intelligence, corporate development, and communications.

Project managed new commodities and functionality in Ariba including T&E and relocation. Led documenting requirements, testing, including user acceptance testing, training, and user adoption.

Project managed several data center consolidations and outsourcing projects, including contract negotiations for hardware and software. Managed large, complex business cases for capital expenditure approval.
