Albert focuses his practice on representing high net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, and institutional investors in large and complex securities matters in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrations. Albert is an active member of the Public Investors Advocate Bar Association (PIABA), which is an international bar association whose members represent investors in disputes with the securities industry. Albert currently serves as co-chair of PIABA’s Self-Regulatory Organization Committee, and he joins the association in its mission to advocate for equal access to justice for investors and to promote fairness in the rules governing dispute resolution for investor claims against securities and commodities brokerage firms, registered investment advisory firms, and their associated representatives.
