  Working in the Adults Health and Care, Business Intelligence department I am leading a team of Power BI developers focused on data modelling, analysis and reporting for business leads, operations groups, Senior Management Team and external partners and users. The main areas of reporting are focused on Hospital trackers, Residential Care Homes, Domiciliary Care providers and since March 2020 - Covid-19. I am consulted on and responsible for building optimised datasets for Power BI reporting from Oracle, SQL Server, Azure, SharePoint, Excel and CSV files from internal and external systems and providers such as ONS, CQC, LGA, NHS Capacity Tracker, AIS/Swift and SAP. I am responsible for the current Proof of Concept project using Microsoft Data Factory to ETL data from SharePoint and other locations to SQL Server on Azure.Key achievements: • Defined the AHC dept Power BI template and presentation standards.• Trained internal developers on using Power BI, DAX and M.• Implemented Power Automation Flows to log and help control department service requests and user access requests.• Defined an ETL POC project to prove out the suitability of Data Factory to SQL Server on Azure Cloud to feed into Power BI.
