The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is a 360 assessment tool designed to help leaders better understand the behaviours to focus on to become a more effective leader. Based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model (Kouzes and Posner), the assessment highlights the leader's effectiveness and the level of commitment, engagement, and satisfaction of those that follow. As a coach, certified in the LPI tool, I am trained to work with leaders at all levels to help you identify which behaviours you need to exhibit more frequently to become more effective. It's not a case of right or wrong, good or bad, but rather asking "what do I need to do more of"?
