I am responsible for planning, developing andimplementing the overall business marketing strategy inline with the Banks corporate goals.I am also responsible fordetermining and periodically tracking KPI’s for the BusinessDevelopment team. With the support of my teams, I ensure the overall achievement of KPI's from the beginning of the customer journey throughout the lifespan of the customers relationship with us.

My role as the Chief Marketing Officer involved supervising all the Business Units and driving them to meet the Banks set targets while ensuring that the quality of the entire portfolio stays within the regulatory threshold.This involved strategic functions around product development, process improvement initiatives, and frequent reviews of the operating environment vis-à-vis Primera, staff mentoring and training amongst other methods to drive the teams to achieve their targets.

As the Head of Operations, I was responsible for supporting the business /front-end functions by providing oversight for general back-office banking operations for the institution.I was also responsible for establishing the Banking services function, procedures, and controls to deliver Primera’s financial services in a way that is customer service oriented, efficient, risk reducing and in line with the Banks methodologies, delivery channels strategies, and overall business goals.

As the head of the Transaction Services Unit, Lekki branch, I was responsible for supervising, coordinating, training and monitoring team members. I was also responsible for reviewing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports. My organizational skills helped me ensure a seamless flow of operations within the unit in relation to both customers and staff.My duties included monitoring and preparing the weekly trend/activity report for the Lagos Island region to the Banks Transaction Services Divisional Head.During this period, I led the branch to achieve a 4-star rating by the Banks Total Quality Management team (the highest being 5). I also ensured that my team stayed within SLA’s with respect to ATM uptime, resolution of customer complaints and other like indices.

I was responsible for monitoring the operations within this unit to ensure that customers got optimal service delivery from every transaction carried out. I mentored members of my team to keep the team’s motivation high and ensure that we worked towards fulfilling the objectives of the business. I also stood-in for the unit head when required.

My responsibilities also included direct communication and relations with new and existing customers to resolve issues and attend to various requests and enquiries.I ensured that all resolutions and requests were attended to within the Banks laid down procedural recommendations.
