• Full Responsibility of country business• Responsible to Head Quarter of the Company, implement and execute the decisions of the CEO• Work with HQ back office functional lines to collaborate and contribute to overall product, solution and operation enhancements• Responsible for inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimization.• Establish, optimize and improve the operation management, business management system, and develop business processes and related management systems.• Collaborate with all Head of Department to explore new business opportunities and develop go-to-market channel• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that are aligned with corporate goals• Supervise and evaluate of the achievement of work targets.
