Experience in using many different email systems: Responsys, Strongview (formerly known as Strongmail), Silverpop, Mailchimp, Vertical Response. Database marketing and automation is mainly the work that I perform.I am driven to learn and problem solve. I am passionate about process improvement and keeping up with or being the industry trend that will enable my company to meet its mission and extraneous goals. I enjoy being involved with the organizations that help the local community be a better place such as Habitat for Humanity and VITA (Volunteers for Income Tax Assistance). I am also passionate about teaching. I believe that education is important and the reason for my continued tenure with the Apollo Education Group.
